Amoory started his football career in Kuwait. He played for Khaitan SC from 2012 to 2016, when he returned home to Ismaily.
But he was soon loaned out as he joined Tala’a El-Gaish just four months after signing with Ismaily.
The player’s performance during the loan led to Tala’a El’Gaish purchasing him permanently.
Amoory joined El-Gouna as a free agent in 2019, after two years in the Tala’a ranks.
Amoory made just 61 appearances for El-Gouna and only scored two goals. He also provided five assists. This led to him joining Al Masry in January 2019.
Amoory was not a good player in Al Masry. He failed to score in 16 of his Greens games.
Consequently the two sides decided to part ways and Amr was soon able to find his next destination. He was announced as a newcomer to Kuwaiti Premier League side Kuwait SC.
