This is according to Fabrizio Romano (leading transfer expert, columnist for CaughtOffside), who says that Erik ten Hag, the new manager, has not yet decided whether to loan the young Argentine winger. However, a decision can be expected in the near future.
Garnacho (18) is undoubtedly one the most brightest talent to have come through the Red Devils’ prestigious academy for youth.
Garnacho is widely regarded as Europe’s best wide-attacker. His style of play has led to him directly contributing to 31 youth goals.
Despite his outstanding performance during pre-season the talented teenager may still be loaned out for next season. Romano informed his SubStack readers that a meeting has been scheduled between Garnacho’s agent and Manchester United.
This meeting will decide what is best for Garnacho’s career, whether he stays at the club or is sent on loan. Manchester United will offer him a new contract but he must play football.”
Garnacho’s career would be stopped if he does not secure a loan move before the summer transfer window closes.
While there is no doubt about his talent, he still needs to find a regular starting position. Ten Hag will be aware of this, so fans might expect to see Garnacho loaned out before that window closes.
