Ebuka (25), had joined ENPPI from Cypriot side Yenicami AK in November 2020 and has since set the Egyptian Premier League ablaze.
In the last season, ENPPI placed ninth in the league table with 15 goals and five assists.
He has been linked to a move to Cairo giants Al Ahly & Zamalek but it was Ceramica Cleopatra that managed to secure his signing.
Ceramica was keen to replace Shady Hussien, the star goal scorer and most promising talent.
However, they had to let go Nigerian winger Joseph Atule as well as striker Ahmed Amin Oufa in order to join ENPPI. Ceramica finished last season 14th, one point from the relegation zone.
Ceramica will be hoping that Ebuka’s performance leads them to a better place next season.
