In the 20th minutes of the official curtain raiser for the new English football season’s first English game, Trent Alexander-Arnold opened the show with a statement about Liverpool and Manchester City.
Thiago Alcantara had a great pass and picked out Mohamed Salah. The ball was then handed to Trent Alexander-Arnold who was just outside the box.
The Reds’ full-back capitalized on Thiago Alcantara’s call for the ball and he smashed the ball into the net with a fine strike, putting them in pole position to win the Community Shield.
After a stunning strike, the England international kept his celebrations muted. Trent seemed to let his actions speak for himself. @LFC
